IRB Effector Reporter Cell
| I. Background | |
胰島素受體（INSR，Insulin Receptor）是調(diào)控葡萄糖代謝、細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)及能量穩(wěn)態(tài)的核 心跨膜受體。INSR 由兩個(gè)胞外α亞基（配體結(jié)合域）和兩個(gè)跨膜β亞基（激酶活性域）通過(guò) 二硫鍵連接成四聚體（α2β2）。胰島素結(jié)合α亞基后，觸發(fā)β亞基自磷酸化并激活其 激酶活性，進(jìn)而通過(guò) PI3K-AKT 和 MAPK/ERK 信號(hào)通路協(xié)調(diào)代謝與增殖功能。INSR作為代謝與增殖信號(hào)的“分子開(kāi)關(guān)"，在糖尿病、癌癥及罕見(jiàn)遺傳病中具有核心地位。 | |

IRB Effector Reporter Cell 報(bào)告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內(nèi) Insulin 的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)過(guò)程， 原理見(jiàn)下圖所示。
